This website is operated by Wear the Lune LLC. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wear the Lune LLC.
These terms govern your use of the website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
We may update these terms by posting changes to this page. Changes don't apply retroactively to orders already placed.

Our store runs on a third-party e-commerce platform. Your purchase contract is with Wear the Lune LLC.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
An account isn't required — guest checkout is available. If you create one, keeping your login details secure is your responsibility, as is activity under the account.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete billing, payment and shipping information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your order and reach you when needed.
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, violate any law while using the service, or transmit viruses or other malicious code.
3. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to display colors and images as accurately as possible. Screens vary, so we can't guarantee exact color reproduction, and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Some products may be available online only and in limited quantities. Descriptions, availability and pricing may change at any time, and we may discontinue a product or limit quantities per person, household, region or order.
We may limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, including orders using the same account, payment card, billing address or shipping address.
Obvious pricing and typographical errors are not binding on us. Where an error affects your order, we'll contact you and you may proceed at the corrected price or cancel that item for a full refund.
Historical information on the site is provided for reference only and isn't necessarily current.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Our products ship from our fulfillment partner overseas. All customs duties and import fees are paid by us — the price at checkout is the total price, and no carrier will contact you for further payment.
The price that applies is the one shown when you order, as confirmed in your order confirmation. Later changes don't affect orders already accepted.
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider, and we don't store full card details. Card information is always encrypted in transit.
If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
5. How an order becomes a contract
The display of products on the site is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer.
When you click the buy button you make an offer to purchase. You'll receive an automated email confirming we've received your order — that isn't acceptance of the contract.
The contract is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped.
We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, payment can't be authorized, we've identified a pricing or description error, shipping details are incomplete, or we reasonably suspect fraud. Where payment has been taken and we decline, we refund in full.
If you don't receive a confirmation within a few hours, check your spam folder before contacting us.
6. Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery — not when the package is handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll open the investigation with the carrier ourselves.
Delivery estimates are estimates. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather or other events outside our control, though we'll help trace a delayed package.
Where we can't ship within the stated timeframe — or within 30 days if no timeframe was given — we'll notify you and you may choose to wait for a revised date or cancel for a full refund.
7. Returns and cancellations
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Cancellations: you may cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number as soon as you can — orders often go to fulfillment within a few hours. Once shipped, use the returns process instead.
8. Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.
We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. We cover the return shipping, and no deductions apply.
This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where those apply.
9. Optional tools and third-party links
We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. These are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, and used at your own risk.
Our site may link to third-party websites that aren't affiliated with us. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Complaints about a third party's products or services go directly to that party.
10. Reviews and submissions
You retain ownership of what you submit. By sending us reviews, photographs, suggestions or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and display it in any medium.
We're under no obligation to keep submissions confidential, to compensate you, or to respond.
You confirm that your content is your own or shared with permission, based on genuine experience, and doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. It must not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or any malicious code.
You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us about the origin of a submission.
We may remove content that breaches these terms, though we're not obliged to monitor submissions.
11. Errors and corrections
Our site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability.
We may correct these and change, update or cancel affected orders, including after you've placed one. Where we cancel for this reason, we refund in full.
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to encourage unlawful acts, to violate any regulation or law, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate against anyone, to submit false or misleading information, to transmit malicious code, to collect or track others' personal information, to spam, phish, scrape or crawl, for any obscene purpose, or to interfere with the site's security features.
Where we reasonably believe these terms have been seriously breached, we may restrict or terminate access. Orders already confirmed will still be fulfilled.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available."
We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained through it will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.
Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wear the Lune LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
16. Termination
These terms remain in effect while you use the site. You may stop using it at any time.
Where you materially breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. Orders already confirmed will still be fulfilled, and amounts owed up to the termination date remain payable.
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it.
17. General
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and severed from the remainder, which continues in full effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.
These terms, together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior understanding.
Ambiguities won't be construed against the drafting party.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We'd much rather resolve a problem directly — please contact us first. Where a dispute can't be resolved, it will be brought before the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court, or from exercising any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your own state — including New York General Business Law § 349.
